The general manager oversees the daily operations of the clubhouse and pro shop.  Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising and scheduling staff for the proshop, grill, cart barn, and pool.  The manager makes decisions regarding vendors, supplies and inventory, handles accounts receivables, establishes and maintains budget expenses, conducts tournaments and events for members and guests, and promotes club membership through various activities.  Prior relative experience is preferred; stable work history and business experience is required.

The golf course superintendent is responsible for supervising and maintaining all aspects of the course.  Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising and scheduling staff to maintain the course and grounds.  The superintendent frequently inspects the course and golf equipment to evaluate needs and to assure maintenance standards are met. Other responsibilities include preparing daily reports and approving expenditures and exercising cost control measures to keep operating and capital expenses in line with the approved budget.

The assistant golf course superintendent reports directly to the superintendent and is responsible for maintaining the course and grounds in his or her absence.  The assistant needs to possess a working knowledge of all aspects of golf course and related grounds maintenance.  Because we believe in promoting from within, our assistants may be provided an opportunity to advance to a superintendent position based on superior job performance and commitment to the overall success of the Company.

The duties of a golf course mechanic include operating, servicing, repairing and maintaining grounds maintenance type machinery and related equipment.  The desired candidate will possess a good knowledge of small gasoline engine repair, small engine cooling and electrical systems, and grounds equipment with hydrostatic transmissions and solid state ignitions.
